Man hospitalized after crash in Shawnee Co.

TOPEKA (KSNT) – A 28-year-old man from Minnesota was taken to an area hospital after a crash in Shawnee County on Thursday.

Just after midnight, the 28-year-old was driving a 2021 Honda Accord south on I-335. The vehicle went off the road to the right side and went into a ditch, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol crash log.

The driver was taken to an area hospital for treatment of possible injuries. He was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to the crash log.
