Man groped nurse while she was caring for his son, police say

ST. LOUIS – A Columbia, Missouri, man is accused of groping a nurse while she was caring for his son over the weekend.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the incident occurred on Sunday, March 10, at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Police claim the nurse had walked into a young patient’s bathroom when the boy’s father, identified as Zacori E. Parker, 31, followed the nurse into the bathroom.

Parker is accused of lifting the nurse and groping her. Police claim the nurse resisted and Parker let her go, but he then blocked the doorway.

The nurse was eventually able to squeeze past Parker, but he again groped her and said, “I would have a lot of fun with you.”

The nurse reported the incident and police were called to the hospital.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office charged Parker with third-degree kidnapping, fourth-degree assault, and second-degree sexual abuse. Parker was jailed without bond.
