Man found shot in car in east Columbus dies

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A man found shot inside a car in east Columbus this past weekend has died, Columbus police said.

Deangelo Williams Jr. was pronounced dead at 2:41 p.m. Monday.

Police said Williams was found unresponsive at approximately 12:46 a.m. Sunday inside a car on the 2400 block of Kimberly Parkway East, where Williams crashed into several parked cars.

Williams was taken to an area hospital, where he died.
