LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A man was fatally shot while inside his home in Lebanon County, and police are trying to determine who fired the gun.

According to Lebanon City Police, Hector Pomales-Torres, 24, died from his injuries at the Good Samaritan Hospital after being shot by a single bullet.

Police say they began the investigation after they were called to the hospital just before 10 p.m. on Wednesday for a gunshot victim.

Franklin County dog owners accused of animal torture

It was discovered that Pomales-Torres was inside his home before being shot, and police say other people who were also inside were handling a firearm that fired and fatally struck him.
