Man dead after fall from top of Baton Rouge casino amid construction work, police say
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating a man’s death after he fell from the top of a casino in downtown Baton Rouge.
Emergency medical services officials said the incident took place around 6:40 a.m. on Thursday, May 2 outside of the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino. The coroner was contacted, according to EMS.
Police said the man fell from the top of the casino and that construction work was being done.
