Dude goes overboard and creates a massive AT-AT walker for Halloween

The people who go a little overboard while decorating for Halloween are the ones who make it awesome for everyone else.

This year, Nick Meyer from Parma, Ohio decided to go all out, creating a massive two-story AT-AT walker from Star Wars that stands menacingly on his front lawn.

According to the Associated Press, Meyer started building the decoration in April, and it took him about six months to complete the project. The massive 19-foot-tall AT-AT is built from plywood, foam, and plastic barrels, and was modeled off of a toy he purchased.

The family likes to switch it up, creating something unique each year for Halloween, which is their favorite time of year.

"The creepiness, the decorating, being able to dress up and pretend to be a kid still — it keeps me young," Meyer told the AP.
