Man attacked inside his Sewickley home speaks out about terrifying ordeal

A Sewickley man is speaking out for the first time about the torture he endured at his own home.

Jon Olson says he’s bruised from head to toe after a brutal four-hour-long attack on April 7 that police accuse Noah Sadowski and Dylan Morris of committing.

He tells Channel 11 he was out on his back patio when two armed men ambushed him from behind, took him inside and tortured him. He said both men referenced the movie “Saw” during the attack.

“Nobody should have to go through this, it’s the worst horror movie,” Olson said.

Investigators say Morris accused Olson of stealing his gold Rolex, but Olson said he didn’t. He knew the men who attacked him because he hired one of them to install electronics in his home.

“I just didn’t realize they were ulterior motives,” Olson said.

Olson said the men put glue on his eyes, duct taped his mouth shut, handcuffed him, poked his body with knifes, burned him with lit cigarettes and threatened to kill him.

“They laughed the whole time and they stopped to eat dinner...I never prayed so hard in my life for it to be over, but I must have a greater purpose,” Olson said.

Police say the men also forced Olson to send them money via CashApp, stole his phone, jewelry and family antiques.

“My father he was a paratrooper on the 101st Airborne and jumped in the night before Normandy and all of his things are gone,” Olson said.

When the men took off, Olson said he was finally able to get help from a neighbor the next morning and was taken to the hospital.

Olson is currently staying with family and friends. He doesn’t know if he will return to his home after what happened. But, he says he appreciates the love and support he’s receiving from the community while he tries to heal from the trauma.

Both suspects were denied bail and are expected in court next week.
