The man in the driver seat, identified as 20-year-old Frankie Escovar, allegedly had a privately manufactured firearm and loaded magazine on him, according to authorities. Ghost guns, unlike legal, commercially manufactured firearms, are not marked with serial numbers and cannot be tracked to their origins.
