Man arrested for sharing child sexual abuse material through Facebook

PARIS, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Henry County man has been arrested and charged after allegedly sharing child sexual abuse material on Facebook.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) said agents began an investigation after receiving information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a man, identified as 45-year-old Ernest Brown, who had and distributed multiple files of child sexual abuse material through Facebook. Agents later determined Brown was in possession of over 5,000 files of child sexual abuse material.

Man released from jail on bond arrested again for attempted kidnapping

On Friday, April 26, authorities searched Brown’s home and seized 10 electronic devices. Brown was arrested and charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. He was booked into the Henry County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
