Man arrested after Mobile Police allegedly find him driving stolen car

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A traffic stop led to a man being arrested for driving a stolen car, according to the Mobile Police Department.

Police said 28-year-old Bryan Taylor Avery was arrested Monday for receiving stolen property.

The MPD release said officers made a traffic stop on a vehicle Monday around 11 p.m. in the area of Three Notch Road and Bush Lane.

During the traffic stop, officers found that the vehicle, driven by Avery, had been reported stolen out of Citronelle, according to the release.

Avery was transported to Mobile Metro Jail.
