NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – A Bixby man was charged with one count of second-degree rape after investigators said he assaulted a teenager during a track meet in Norman. Brandon Presley, 29, was arraigned in a Cleveland County courtroom Monday. According to the Cleveland County District Attorney, Presley was taken into custody and remained in jail on a $400,000 bond.

The track meet took place inside the Mosier Indoor Center on the campus of the University of Oklahoma on February 10, 2024. KFOR learned the meet was not sponsored by the OSSAA and was not a school sanctioned event.

According to court records, a 14-year-old left the meet with Presley where he drove her to a parking lot off West Main Street in Norman. That was where, court records state, he raped her.

The victim told her mother about the incident five days later and that was when investigators started looking into the allegations.

On March 6, 2024, the Cleveland County DA’s office filed charges against Presley. He was arrested by Bixby police on a warrant for second degree rape on March 8, 2024.

KFOR reached out to Bixby Public Schools who said Presley was “never employed by Bixby Public Schools.”

The case is now in the hands of Homeland Security Investigations. They told News 4 it was still an “active and ongoing investigation. They’re looking into the potential that there could be more victims.” HSI asked if there were any additional victims to come forward by calling their tipline at 866-347-2423.
