Man, 21, killed in motorcycle crash overnight on city’s Southwest Side

CHICAGO — A 21-year-man was killed in a motorcycle accident overnight in McKinley Park on the city’s Southwest Side.

Man critically injured in gas station robbery and shooting on South Side

According to police, the crash occurred around 2 a.m. Tuesday in the 3400 block of South Damen Avenue when the man was riding a motorcycle northbound on South Archer Avenue and failed to stop at a red light, striking a Jeep SUV.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police say, and no other injuries were reported.

The Major Accidents unit is investigating the crash.

Spotify has announced that it's hiking subscriptions for customers in the U.S., the second such price increase in the space of a year. The music-streaming giant reports that premium pricing will increase in July from $10.99 to $11.99, representing a near-10% rise. The Duo and Family plans will go up to $16.99 and $19.99, representing a $2 and $3 increase respectively, while the student plan will remain at $5.99 per month.
