Major health care reforms advance in Illinois

Major health care reforms are one step closer to becoming law in Illinois.

The senate passed two bills, the Healthcare Protection Act and a bill to ban short-term insurance plans. Our Quad Cities News Illinois Capitol Bureau correspondent Theodora Koulouvaris has the latest.
