Maggie’s Farm announces closure of locations

(SOUTHERN COLORADO) — Marijuana cultivator and retailer Maggie’s Farm announced on Feb. 27 that it would be closing five locations across southern Colorado.

Maggie’s Farm wrote on Facebook that it was closing its Pueblo East, Pueblo West, Cañon City, Las Animas, and Colorado Springs South (Nevada) locations while writing that its Piñon (Pueblo North), Manitou, and Fillmore locations were staying open.

On March 1, Maggie’s Farm posted on its website addressing feedback it had received from the announcement.

Maggie’s Farm said it faced unforeseen challenges and found itself in a position where it had to make a difficult choice to ensure the survival of the company.

Maggie’s Farm apologized for the impacts the closures had on its employees, customers, and medical patients. Those with medical licenses can reach out to Maggie’s Farm for help and information on alternate locations.
