MAGA Fans Enraged About Presidential Debate Allegedly Being 'Rigged' In Joe Biden's Favor

MAGA supporters have stormed social media with claims about the upcoming presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden being "rigged." The claims include that the debate will be manipulated in Biden's favor and that host network CNN is against Trump.

MAGA supporters also criticized the debate moderators, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, saying they "get to dictate all the rules." Biden previously stated that he might refuse to debate his predecessor, but when the latter taunted him on social media, the president became willing to have a face-off.

MAGA Supporters Claim Joe Biden And Donald Trump's Debate Is 'Rigged'

According to Newsweek, Trump's MAGA supporters are furious over his upcoming CNN presidential debate against Joe Biden. The former president's fans have taken over social media with claims that the debate, which airs over a month away, is rigged in Biden's favor.

The presidential debate, hosted by CNN, will be held on June 27 and moderated by its journalists, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash. ABC will hold a second debate in September. Tapper has become well known for his criticism of Trump, once stating that his time as president was a "long national nightmare."

Trump's daughter-in-law Lara spoke to Fox News on Wednesday about her opinion on the debate. She said, "It's rigged so heavily in Joe Biden's favor, but everything always is. You've got Hollywood against Donald Trump, you've got the music industry against Donald Trump, mainstream media, and even the judicial system at this point."

The Allegations Are All Over Social Media

Many of Trump's fans on X, formerly Twitter, have also made claims like Lara's on the platform. One page, known to be pro-Trump and pro-Conservative, tweeted that he also thinks the debate is being planned in Biden's favor.

The tweet read, "The majority of the country already knows CNN is in the tank for Joe Biden and the debate will be rigged to favor him. But I think many people out there are underestimating how impressive it will be for Donald Trump to do the debate anyway."

"The debates are going to be a complete sh-t show. Trump should not allow fraud Biden and fake CNN set debate conditions. Just like the elections, the debates are going to be rigged," another tweet read, per Newsweek.

A third tweet from Colonel Robert Sauers read, "Biden will absolutely get the questions in advance as well as the answers. He will also have an earpiece with someone whispering in his ear. Donald Trump is being set up, but feels he can still beat Biden in a rigged debate."

Jake Tapper And Dana Bash Were Also Criticized

Sean Hannity of Fox News also criticized CNN's choice of debate hosts, Tapper and Bash, especially Tapper. During his conversation with Lara, Hannity said he was upset about "fake Jake" being chosen as a moderator.

He said, "Tapper is a radical, left-wing partisan talk show host that masquerades as a journalist. They're trying to collude—the media mob and Joe Biden. They get to dictate all the rules and Donald Trump gets no say. That's not fair."

Another debate critic, former Republican presidential race contender Vivek Ramaswamy, also posted his opinion.

He tweeted: "Call me cynical, but why is Biden suddenly so willing to debate? It could be because he's desperate, or it could be because it's a setup. Keep an eye on the details of how all this comes together. You don't often see a sudden 180 like this unless there's more to the story."

Joe Biden Changed His Mind About Not Debating Donald Trump

Biden previously stated that he might decide not to debate Trump, saying the decision "depends on his behavior."

In response, Trump posted on his Truth Social platform that he was ready to debate "any time, anywhere" because it's "good for our country."

Biden then responded to the taunt by posting a video clip on X. Speaking directly to the camera, the president said, "Donald Trump lost two debates to me in 2020, and since then, he hasn't shown up for a debate. Now he's acting like he wants to debate me again."

Biden further taunted Trump by saying he was ready to debate him twice. "Well, make my day, pal, I'll even do it twice—let's pick the date, Donald; I hear you're free on Wednesdays," Biden added, alluding to Trump's court schedule in his criminal trial.

Donald Trump Called Joe Biden A 'Confused Man'

The billionaire mogul recently blasted President Biden, branding him a leader who fails to deliver on his promises.

Trump criticized the president's communication skills: "He's a confused man. He can't put two sentences together. He doesn't have a clue. He doesn't know where he is. He doesn't know he's alive and he's our president."

Urging action, Trump, who is currently on trial, declared, "We have to end it. November 5th.”
