MAFS UK's Gemma Rose Barnes announces engagement weeks after giving birth

Married at First Sight UK star Gemma Rose Barnes has announced her engagement to partner Jordan Bishop.
The reality star revealed that Jordan, who she welcomed a baby boy with earlier this year, got down on one knee to pop the all-important question while they were surrounded by their close friends.
Gemma shared a snap of her new ring with her followers on Instagram, captioning it: "Surrounded by best friends, Jordan asked me with them all there to marry him."

She continued: "I cannot believe how lucky I am to be surrounded by such gorgeous friends. Jordan's friends have become mine and we just have to much happiness around us.
"I will never forget how blessed I am. For our family, friends and all we have. MRS BISHOP PENDING."
In another post, Gemma shared some sweet photos from Jordan's proposal, revealing that it took place at her birthday party.
"My soulmate. With our best friends at our party for my birthday. In every and any lifetime Jordan it's always going to be you," she wrote.

In March, the 2022 MAFS contestant announced that she and Jordan had welcomed a baby boy into the world.
"Franklin James Anthony Bishop. Our boy. Born on February 25 with Jordan and his mum by my side and three amazing midwives, Rosie, Grace and Caroline at Exeter hospital," she wrote on Instagram.
"We had a hard birth and harder time after but doing amazingly now, we are so grateful to the neonatal team and Exeter hospital as a whole."
