MAFS UK's Ella Morgan reveals "new" natural look at the BAFTAs

Married at First Sight UK's Ella Morgan has debuted a more natural look at the BAFTAs, after having her face fillers dissolved.

The reality TV star attended the event last night (May 12) with some of her co-stars, posting updates to her Instagram Stories.

Ella chose a black lacy gown with dramatic slit and cutouts and black pumps, and had her brunette bob styled in a wavy do.

"No filter needed with this new, more natural face," Ella captioned a close-up photo of her walking the red carpet.

The MAFS bride had previously spoken up about entering her "soft girl era", trading her platinum blonde hair for a darker shade, and leaving fillers and botox behind.

"2024 is the year I enter soft girl era and go as natural as I feel comfortable with," Ella posted on Instagram in March.

Ella explained she's started her new phase by "embracing my short hair, ditching the filler and Botox, laying off the fake tan, embrace my freckles, wear less make-up and ditch the long acrylics in favour of a wholesome Ella".

"And I have to say I am loving it," she continued.

Ella clarified the change in her appearance wasn't linked to any new relationship.

"I'm doing this for me.. not to impress no man with the image I thought men would want me to look like!" she wrote.

"I know my having a bob or going natural with everything, probably isn't a big deal but as a trans woman who saw my hair, my nails, filler/botox, tan etc were my safety blanket and it all made me feel super feminine.

"It's such a drastic change but I'm glad I've done it and I'm more confident than ever!"
