MAFS star Erica Roberts reflects on “hardest part” of Jordan break-up
Married At First Sight UK star Erica Roberts has opened up on the "hardest part" of her break-up with co-star Jordan Gayle.
The couple announced their split on Instagram following rumours they parted ways, with Jordan later posting a follow-up saying there was no "villain" in the situation.
Erica has since taken to social media to share more about the break-up, sharing videos from a family day out with her little cousin shopping and at the park, and said that "unleashing her inner child" helped her "heal".
"I think one of the hardest parts about a break-up is trying to fill that connection that you had with someone every single day," she said in the video's narration.

"You go from having a security blanket and someone there 24/7 to then just not having them there at all.
"And one of the best ways to replace that habit is going out and doing things you enjoy, spending time with people that you love, and just having fun."
She went on to reflect that on some days, it is easy to "feel depressed" and "not want to get out of bed or see anyone", but said this was a reminder to all those in the same position to "get out there" and that they're "in this together".
In the caption of the post, Erica wrote: "This is how I’ve been dealing with the break up - surrounding myself with my friends, family and taking the time to heal. Not everyday has looked like this, but at least I’m taking this time to use my words & my time wisely 🤍"

It comes after the star criticised her ex for saying he felt "heartbroken" over their split, labelling his tell-all interview about the break-up "bullshit".
“I still can't get my head round it, I still can't believe that we're not going to be together going forward," Jordan told The Sun. "Not only am I heartbroken because we're not together anymore, I've lost the future I thought we were going to have.
"It's really hard to plan for the future as I'm almost grieving that I've lost my best friend and this person that I loved and this relationship that meant the world to me."
Erica, however, warned her Instagram followers not to "be fooled" by his comments, saying: " This f**king article which Jordan’s done, which I think is absolute bullshit. This is what I can’t deal with. You’ve sold a story about our relationship, not even telling me.
"There’s been absolutely no fight on his behalf. If you really wanted to make this work, you would try, you would do something. He’s literally done f**k all, so I don’t know what this means. I don’t know where this has even come from.

"Quite frankly, I think this was a payday for him and that’s all this was. I’m just f*****g raging."
Addressing her Instagram comments, Jordan later said it "breaks his heart" that Erica "is hurting", posting to his own Instagram page: "It breaks my heart to know the most important person to me is hurting. However, I do have peace knowing the full situation and just really want happiness for everyone as soon as possible."
Announcing their break-up last month, Erica wrote: "It's disappointing that Jordan and I weren't able to share this on our own terms due to the press leak but we would just like to confirm that we are no longer together.
"This hasn't been an easy decision for us both as we really wanted to make our relationship work. I truly wish him all the best and there is no bad blood between us."
