This week, Sara revealed that her dramatic new look has received a lot of attention online, and she posted on her Instagram story, "So many of you asking about my hair!" before linking to where she went to get it done.

Sara also opened up about a range of topics in a Q&A she hosted on her story, including her MAFS experience and her current feelings about some of her co-stars.

When asked how she is doing after the show, she said: "So many people asking me how I am. Thank you for all the love and support. I am overwhelmed by the messages.

"I am doing a lot better than I was when the show was airing. I have pretty thick skin, but that was a hard watch. I’ve been doing therapy, getting back to routine, focusing on myself & my career, seeing my amazing friends & living my best life."

Sara was matched with Tim Calwell on the series, and the pair stayed together following their final vows. However, it has since been revealed that they are no longer together, with Sara confirming that they split a month after the reunion was filmed.

In an interview last month, she explained: "Tim and I are on friendly terms. We hadn’t really spoken post-, like, the actual breakup, but we’re actually very friendly now.

"We speak every day that [the show is] on and discuss it. But yeah, it’s nice to know we can still be friends and share that experience together."

In her Q&A, Sara confirmed this again, writing: "Tim and I aren’t together anymore. He’s got a beautiful girlfriend now, and I couldn’t be happier for him. We are still friends and there is no bad blood between us."
