Madison County holds Libertarian primary

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — This year on Super Tuesday, residents in Madison County have another ballot option other than Democrats and Republicans.

The Libertarian Party of Madison County is holding what it’s calling its first-ever Libertarian Primary.

As part of the primary, the Libertarian Party has contested elections for the office of Madison County Probate Judge, Madison County Commission Chairman and Madison County Commission District 1. This means that residents can also request a Libertarian ballot when they head to the polls along with the usual Republican and Democrat options.
