Bob Doll, an equity strategist and portfolio manager well known for his TV appearances and annual list of market predictions, is retiring from Nuveen. Doll, 66, joined the asset manager in 2012 after serving in top investment roles at Black Rock, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, and Oppenheimer Funds. Abacus Wealth Partners, a $3.6 billion Santa Monica, Calif.-based RIA, has acquired Robasciotti & Philipson of San Francisco.
