Endo reaches $65M settlement deal to resolve opioid litigation in Florida

Endo International said Tuesday it has entered into a settlement agreement with Florida under which the company will pay up to $65 million to resolve all government-related opioid claims in the state. Endo, which is based in Dublin, Ireland, and has its U.S. headquarters in Malvern, said the settlement, "provides a framework through which the company and its subsidiaries can finally resolve the opioid-related claims of Florida and its subdivisions."
