Existing Home Sales Reach Lowest Level Since the Start of the Pandemic

Sellers have had the upper hand in the housing market for several years now. In April, sales of previously owned homes reached their lowest level since the start of the pandemic, according to the National Association of Realtors. Specifically, existing home sales fell 2.4% last month compared to March's sales number.
