New luxury Miami condo tower is the tallest residential building south of New York City

With 66 floors, Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way is billed as the tallest residential building south of New York City. It is scheduled to be completed in 2022.

The striking structure, built on one of the last parcels of developable land on the busy Downtown Miami waterfront, is now 80% sold, according to developers Aston Martin Lagonda and global property developer G&G Business Developments.
