Love Island: All Stars contestant Demi Jones has shared an update on her love life after splitting from co-star Luis Morrison.

The reality TV star coupled up with her fellow Islander on this year's All Stars spin-off series in January, but the two later parted ways in March.

In a new interview with The Sun, Demi revealed that whilst her romance with Luis didn't work out, she's since enjoying the company of a new suitor.

"I'm seeing someone new," she says of her current relationship status. "No...they're not famous. I don't think I could date a famous person ever again."

"I won't reveal how we met, all secrets will be revealed until it happens - we're not Instagram official just yet," she clarified, adding: "He's been treating me so nice.

"I've been on a bit of a rollercoasterso it's nice to find someone."

Demi went on to confirm that there was no bad blood between her and Luis after their brief All Stars romance.

"I have no regrets, Luis is a lovely boy but we're purely just friends," she says. "We were never technically together anyways and we were only on the show together for eight days, so it really wasn't that much."

In the series, Demi and Luis were the first contestants to be eliminated from the show after a re-coupling left them both single.

Demi admitted the reason behind their split was due to them wanting "different things", with both agreeing they "were better off as friends."

In an interview given shortly after their break-up, Luis similarly reflected on the reason behind the split, sharing that the long distance aspect of their relationship was also a factor.

"The distance was a killer for us both," he said, with Demi living in Portsmouth and Luis based in Manchester.

Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
