According to Adam Fitzpatrick, the owner of Don’t Stress Meowt Cafe in Oklahoma City, someone threw a rock through the cafe’s window, leaving a perfect “cat sized” hole allowing the feline, named Phoebe, to escape.

Fitzpatrick said they had just welcomed Phoebe into the cafe. She had only been there for about seven hours before the incident happened.

“It upsets me that there are people out there who would do that kind of thing,” said Fitzpatrick. “Phoebe was saved once already and made it here, and was ready to find her forever home, then this happened.”

According to the cafe, she’s happy, healthy and ready to find her forever home.
