The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission asks that drivers heading east on the Ohio Turnpike who normally would enter from Lorain Road can follow the detour signs from Lorain Road north to I-480 east to I-71 south to Toll Plaza 161.

According to the release, phase 1 of the project will include partial removal and replacement of the bridge deck at milepost 152.1. Then a new concrete bridge deck will be made and the center and right lanes will be paved with asphalt.
