Looking to refresh your makeup kit? Tarte brings ‘Kindness Tour’ to Florida with free products
A major beauty brand is turning half a century old this year. And to celebrate, they are going on tour!
Tarte is marking its 25th anniversary, taking the beloved brand on a global, year-long "Kindness Tour" in 25 cities to give back to the communities.
Sharing that kindness and charitable giveback has been important to the brand's DNA since 1999, officials said the tour will feature "special surprise-and-delight, charity-driven activations focused on giving back to local communities across the globe."
"In the world of beauty, it's not just about looking good; it's about feeling good and doing good. Our 25-city Kindness Tour is a testament to the power of positivity and giving back to the communities that have embraced us for a quarter of a century," Maureen Kelly, CEO & Founder of Tarte, said in a press release.
The tour is about to make a stop in Central Florida this month, heading to Tampa. Here's what makeup lovers and Tarte super fans can expect.
When will the Tarte Kindness Tour be in Tampa?
The "Kindness Tour" will land in Tampa on Thursday, March 21 from noon to 2 p.m.
Where in Tampa will the Tarte Kindness Tour be?
While exact details of the meet-up haven't been announced, Kelly said fans can expect to find the trolley in downtown Tampa.
She also shared she will be speaking to University of South Florida students at 9 a.m., adding anyone can attend the seminar. You do not have to be a university student, you will have to sign up ahead of time.
What will Tarte have at the pop-up Kindness Tour event?
The press release shares the tarte trolley pop-up will make surprise visits at retailers, host creator events, and give away goodies galore. Think Shape Tape concealers, Tartelette mascaras and Maracuja lip products, oh my!
They will randomly choose a local school in each city to shower deserving teachers and students with backpacks and school supplies, in addition to clearing wish lists.

Kelly also dished on how Tampa residents can earn a spot in their upcoming birthday collection photoshoot.
"I want you to star in for our 25th birthday … it means you're gonna get the whole collection first, VIP makeup, treatment hair," Kelly shared on Instagram.
