Looking Angelic! Gigi Hadid Spends a Day in All White Ahead of Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

The “no white after Labor Day” rule isn’t only antiquated; it’s been proven to be a silly law of fashion by celeb after celeb. But if you’re still of the belief that the crisp color is reserved for the warmer months, we’d like to introduce you to Gigi Hadid.

The 22-year-old model wore not one, but two all-white outfits on Wednesday while out and about in New York City.

For an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Hadid donned the Monse for FWRD Cotton Shirt and billowy Adam Selman skirt belted at the waist. It still had a sexy feel, with a plunging necklace and high-slit, which she took advantage of to show off her Stuart Weitzman shoes, part of her new EyeLove collaboration with the brand.

The supermodel didn’t leave Fallon out, gifting him a pair of the charitable mules, which he gamely modeled for the audience. “Jimmy’s the only man in the world that these are made for. They’re only for women, but we made them in his size,” Hadid explained as the host tried on his new shoes. “You can wear them if you’re a guy, I think they’re still cool.” Fallon seemed to agree once he had them on: “I’m going to wear these around the house, I love them!”

She’d been wearing the shoes all day, rocking a different all-white outfit earlier. Still rocking the beige pointed-toe mules with an eye design, she stopped by the Stuart Weitzman pop-up event in a Zeynep Alcay “kimono suit” and layers of necklaces. She popped on yellow-lensed sunglasses while outside.

The new kicks are Hadid’s second collection with the brand — and this time, you don’t need the balance of a supermodel to strut in her styles. Just in time for the holiday season, Hadid teamed up with Stuart Weitzman‘s new creative director, Giovanni Morell, to collaborate on two styles of mules: EyeLove and EyeLoveMore — each of which are accented with bold evil eye designs.

“I’ve really been into slides lately and wanted a pair that can take me into fall…no more cold toes!” Hadid, who also stars in the campaign, said in a statement about the launch. “The evil eye is a powerful symbol meant to protect those who wear it from negative energies. It’s emotionally comforting and beautiful and captivating to look at.”

The suede, shearling-lined pointed-toe flats come in navy blue and tan in the EyeLove collection, which retail for $498, and the EyeLoveMore style, at $598, is available in grey, with multiple white and red eyes decorating the top of the shoe.
