Local authorities: Belgian plane crash involving parachutists leaves 11 dead

BRUSSELS - Local authorities say a plane carrying parachutists crashed in southern Belgium, killing all 11 aboard.

Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo immediately confirmed the news on Saturday, saying his thoughts were with the families of the victims.
