Little Rock police: Shooting on Martin Luther King Drive leaves man dead

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Little Rock Police Department said one person is dead after a shooting on Martin Luther King Drive Monday evening.

According to authorities, officers responded to a report just before 6:00 p.m. of a shooting in the 2600 block of Martin Luther King Drive and found a man dead from a gunshot wound.

Police have not released any suspect or victim information at this time.

LRPD officials said an investigation is underway and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
