NEW YORK (PIX11) — More than 30 affordable housing lotteries are currently open in New York City, and many of them offer the benefit of washers and dryers in units or a shared laundry room.

The properties are listed on the NYC Housing Connect website, an online portal where people can find and apply for affordable housing opportunities in New York City.
