LIST: Arkansas schools closed on April 8 for solar eclipse
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — As the solar eclipse quickly approaches, many schools in the path of totality and others outside the path have decided to close on April 8.
With millions of visitors expected to witness the rare event in Arkansas, districts across the state have opted for the closures.
Fayetteville Schools announced in January it would be closed on April 8 so students, families, and staff could participate in the solar eclipse.
