Lindsay Lohan Is Going Back To Rehab

After arriving late to court, by way of private jet and glitter-bomb, and in a ridiculous get-up, Lindsay Lohan accepted a plea deal that will send her to a "locked" rehabilitation facility for 90 days.

Now, if you've forgotten what this Lohan fracas is all about, let us jog your memory: Back in June, Lohan crashed her Porsche into a truck during the filming of Liz & Dick. The circumstances of the crash were fuzzy from the outset, and all this happened while she was on probation in her jewelry thieving case. The charges surrounding the car crash case included "misdemeanor count each of reckless driving, providing false information to an officer and willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer." The many crimes of Lindsay Lohan, as usual, are interwoven and complicated. Today, she pleaded no contest.

In addition to the 90 days, Lohan is also supposed to perform 30 days of community labor (which should make for interesting tabloid fodder), and undergo psychotherapy treatment for 18 months. TMZ reports that though "there's a mandatory 5 days in jail for reckless driving," and that it's "going to be folded into the lockdown rehab so she won't be behind bars even for a day."

In court the judge told Lohan, who wore a bizarre white and pink get up and looked visibly tired and drawn: "A suggestion: don't drive."

Of course, getting Lohan to court was also a chore. Per TMZ she missed two commercial flights from New York to Los Angeles and finally got there via private jet. Even so, The Hollywood Reporter points out that she landed around the same time she was due in court. She finally got there around 48 minutes late, and then she was glitter-bombed on the way in.
