Costco has some of the best freezer finds on the market — and we’re not the only ones who think so. From Maryland-Style Crab Cakes to Kirkland Signature Tempura Shrimp, their seafood selections in particular are perfect for any dinner party appetizers (or even entrees) if you’re in need of a higher-end bite in a pinch.

Luckily, the bulk retailer just brought back a fan-favorite frozen seafood item that has members excited. Spotted by Instagram account @costcobuys, Pepper’s Landing Lobster Rolls are gracing the shelves of the freezer aisle again. For New England seafood lovers, the release brings their favorite summer staple right to their own homes.

Each box comes with a handful of ingredients to craft four lobster rolls including brioche rolls, lobster meat, butter packets, and pre-measured seasonings. So, while it does take a bit of preparation, you can have hot and buttery lobster rolls ready for dinner in a moment’s notice.

The frozen find is currently selling for $39.99. While this may seem like an expensive price tag, it’s important to note that lobster rolls are typically sold in restaurants and at seafood shacks for about $30 on average (depending on the market price of the lobster). That makes these just $10 per roll, so if you want to get a bang for your buck, look no further.

There’s even a Reddit thread dedicated to the rolls with members raving about the meal. “Really enjoyed these, bought twice already,” wrote one user.

Another commenter also experimented with the roll by adding mayo instead of the butter and topping with minced celery. There’s definitely some opportunity to get creative.

With spring and summer on the horizon, lobster rolls will give you that taste of the season we’ve all been waiting for — and we can’t wait.
