Christina Hall fans who dream of living in a home designed by the HGTV star need to head to Zillow for a can’t-miss opportunity: A Tennessee property renovated by Hall is on the market for $999,990. Located in downtown Franklin, the house will be featured in an upcoming episode of Christina in the Country, according to the listing.

Built in 1960, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home spans 2,137 square feet across two levels. The residence boasts a soft black exterior and sits on a more than half-acre lot. Hall completely gutted the home, redesigning the floor plan and installing all new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

The interiors take on a black-and-white color scheme with light wood and metallic accents mixed in. In the kitchen, black cabinetry with gold hardware contrasts nicely with the white counters. A light wood fluted fireplace stands out in the living room. The bathrooms include everything from a freestanding tub to white-and-tan checkered shower tile. Downstairs, a wet bar makes entertaining a breeze.

Outside, there’s a spacious deck for enjoying meals al fresco. Beyond it, the backyard provides ample room for outdoor activities or simply enjoying the wooded creek view.

We're eager to see how this home transformation came to life on Hall's show. Based on its previous $449,000 price tag, we imagine it looked totally different before the renovation. We'll be sure to report back when it airs!
