A Life-Size Ronald McDonald, A Creepy Monkey and Other Strange Craigslist Finds

Some of us have a pleasant childhood memory of Ronald McDonald, the jolly clown enticing folks to eatMcDonald's. From getting happy meals with our favorite toys inside to playing in the ball pit of the playscape, Ronald meant happy things. But, when we look at him now, particularly this life-size statue of him sitting in a lawn chair forsale on Craigslist, we're notlovin' it. This is just one of the sevenstrange finds from Craigslistacross the country this week. To see them all, just click through the slideshow below.

Ronald McDonald Statue

Yep, this is him. The creepy hamburger-slinging clown, with his arms out acting very casual. But we're pretty sure he's got some trick up his sleeve and we don't want to know what it is. This item originally appeared on Fort Wayne Craigslist, but if you wanted it, you're too late! The item has since been sold...or gone on to greener pastures.

Hot Dog Roller

Just the kitchen appliance we've been wishing for. Oh wait, that's not us. Why in the world would we want one of these? When we see them in the store they gross us out enough, so we'll pass on seeing it everyday. Thanks. Head Wine Bottle

There's nothing we'd like more than to pour our after work glass of vino from a disturbing head. Doesn't that sound relaxing? Check it out at Las Vegas Craigslist.

Monkey

This kind of reminds us of a creature we might see in a sci-fi flick about hybrids or something. It's all curled up and scary-looking. We're not fans. And we really don't understand the purpose for such a figurine. It definitely doesn't match our decor. Ship Compass

If we're being totally honest, we understand the listing says the ship compass is an antique, but it also says it's from a seafood restaurant. And we're pretty sure vintage compasses didn't have a sign advertising "whale sale." Tractor Seats

Why is one of these ancient-looking tractor seats attached to an old milk jug? We don't get it and think it just adds to the overall strangeness of this ad. Check it out at Colorado Springs Craigslist. Correction: A previous version of this story indicated that the tractor seat in the slideshow was attached to a barrel. It is in fact attached to an old milk jug.

Old Dolls

When we see, this ad we think of that old song, "One Of These Things (Is Not Like The Other.)" That creepy clown with a what appears to be a five o'clock shadow doesn't seem to fit with the rest of these ornate dolls. With no back story given by the seller, we are going to assume this could be a strange mistake.
