Libyan government summons U.S. envoy after Tripoli raid

TRIPOLI (Reuters) - Libya's government has summoned the U.S. ambassador to explain a U.S. military raid on Tripoli at the weekend to capture an al Qaeda suspect and take him out of the country, the foreign ministry said on Tuesday.
