Libya closes Tripoli's only functioning airport after residents report air strike

TRIPOLI (Reuters) - Libya has closed Tripoli's only functioning Mitiga airport after residents reported an air strike on the capital, the airport's website said on Sunday. "The civilian aviation authority closed the air space of the airport until further notice for the sake of air security," Mitiga airport said on its website, adding that the airport had not been hit.
