Letter: History good for Superior's future

Jun. 15—My sincere thanks and gratitude to the Douglas County Historical Society, Jon Winter and the Superior Telegram for the May 28 articles regarding Superior's economic history.

The articles mentioned included such products as candy, beer, chairs, a creamery, coffee and a building. This just shows that at the turn of the century (about 100 years ago) Superior had a diverse, thriving economy. They also can and should further inspire further growth. Times change, you know.
