Lennox International CFO Robert Hau resigns

DALLAS (AP) — Lennox International Inc. said Tuesday that its chief financial officer, Robert Hau, has resigned and has been replaced by the CFO of one of its operating businesses.

The heating, air conditioning and refrigeration company named Joseph W. Reitmeier, vice president and CFO of its commercial heating and cooling business, as Hau's replacement.

The company said Hau is leaving to pursue another opportunity but will stay with Lennox International through July 31 to assist with the transition. According to CapitalIQ, he had been CFO since October 2009.

The changes were effective Tuesday.

Lennox shares fell $1.61, or 3.4 percent, to $45.79 in midday trading. They traded at a 52-week high of $48.75 last Friday.
