(FOX40.COM) — Two men, one from Sacramento and the other from Elk Grove, were recently arrested after police found them with almost $100,000 of stolen LEGO sets, aquarium filters, and more in Yolo County.

According to the Davis Police Department, Adrian Chao of Sacramento, 28, and Deyrick Bobeda of Elk Grove, 44, were arrested on Friday for various organized retail theft and conspiracy-related charges.

Police added that the arrests were part of a larger operation involving several people for large-scale coordinated retail thefts, specifically in Davis.

Images posted to social media of the recovered merchandise show a wide range of trinkets and memorabilia that were seemingly stolen from numerous stores in Davis, including FX4 aquarium filters, Star Wars LEGO sets, Super Mario Bros LEGO sets, and even multiple LEGO sets of the house in the popular Christmas movie “Home Alone,” among other items.

The arrests by the Davis Police Department come about one month after California announced that state law enforcement has collectively made nearly 500 arrests related to retail theft and recovered a little more than $4 million worth of stolen goods.
