There just aren’t enough words to describe the greatness of LeBron James.

And somehow, after a decade-plus of wowing us with transcendent basketball that exceeded the lofty expectations he brought to the NBA, he again left observers and his Memphis Grizzlies opponents speechless on Saturday night.

To the tune of 13 straight points to close out a tight game for the Cleveland Cavaliers’ 11th straight win.

He saved his best for last, including this isolation clear-out from near half court, where the Grizzlies knew what was coming. And they still couldn’t avoid an and-one situation, much less stop the basket.

And this clincher, where Memphis defenders who clearly had his previous drive to the basket fresh in their minds stood by helplessly as James opted for a ridiculous step-back 23-footer to put the game out of reach.

This absurd behind-the-back-pass from the three-point line earlier in the game deserves notice as well.

Remember a couple of weeks ago when everyone was ready to write off the Cavs and proclaim Kyrie Irving’s Boston Celtics ready to ascend to the Eastern Conference throne ahead of schedule?

Yeah, umm. Sorry about that LeBron. We really should know better by now.
