At least one dead, seven injured as Russia attacks Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs

At least one person was killed and seven people injured in Russia's latest attack on Kharkiv, Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head, Oleh Synehubov, reported.

Reports of a second fatality remain unconfirmed as of 11:20 a.m. EET.

One person was killed after civilian targets were hit in Kharkiv's Kyivsky and Kholohirsky districts, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported earlier.

There were hits in the residential areas of the Kyivsky district. Details regarding casualties and damage are being clarified, he said.

The threat of further missile launches on the city remains, he added.
