The shooting in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood happened around 10:45 p.m., when multiple people got out of a vehicle and opened fire at a group of people.

The shooting happened outside a bar in the northern Philadelphia neighborhood, NBC Philadelphia reported.

A motive was not known Sunday. Police said it seems the shooters saw someone they were after and started firing, NBC Philadelphia reported.

Deputy Police Commissioner John Stanford said at a briefing Saturday that there is a heavy police force in the area.
