LCD Soundsystem's "All My Friends" Has Been Transformed Into a Lullaby

Rockabye Baby celebrates its 10th anniversary with new compilation of lullaby covers.

Anyone who has ever had to babysit, or has children of their own, knows that sometimes there's an internal conflict when it comes to wanting to play your favorite songs in their presence. Thankfully, for the last decade, Rockabye Baby has been offering a great compromise by transforming popular rock and hip-hop songs into sweet baby-friendly lullabies.

To celebrate their 10th anniversary, the company is releasing their new Rockabye Baby! Birthday Party album. The compilation album features a tracklist full of classic party jams made specifically to lull your little rocker to sleep. Hits from Outkast, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Daft Punk, Kool and The Gang, and more can be heard on the new album.

The latest release from the upcoming Birthday Party album is a lullaby rendition of LCD Soundsystem's "All My Friends." The original version is a pretty upbeat track led mainly by piano. This new lullaby version is far more delicate, with the soft tone of a xylophone as it's leading instrument. Thanks to Rockabye Baby, LCD Soundsystem fans can listen to their favorite band without worrying about waking the baby.
