Lawyer wants Trump’s testimony in ‘fake news’ suit against Fox

A new lawsuit claims that Fox News and a wealthy Trump supporter worked together to make up a story about the death of DNC aide Seth Rich and that President Trump approved the whole thing. Rod Wheeler, who was hired by GOP donor Ed Butowsky to investigate Rich’s death, filed the lawsuit against Fox News Tuesday, claiming one of the network’s reporters misquoted him in a story. Yahoo News has learned that Wheeler’s attorney is also seeking to depose Trump on the matter.
