CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– One person was sent to the hospital after a lawn mower crash Thursday in Cumberland County.

Upper Allen Fire Department shared on Facebook that crews were called out for a lawn mower accident with entrapment just after 1 p.m. at the 500 block of Independence Avenue.

Once they arrived, first responders found a person trapped underneath a riding mower and were able to free them after using airbags.

The fire department said that the person was transported to the hospital after the crash.
