Law enforcers drag Chechen SES Minister’s head over asphalt in Dagestan – video
Local security forces halted the vehicle of the Chechen SES Minister Alikhan Tsakhaev at the Gerzel checkpoint in Novolatsk district, insisting on inspecting his documents and requesting him to exit the car, the Astra Telegram channel reported on April 17.
“Proud highlander” decided that this would be beneath him, so he tried to run over them with his SUV.
Then they pulled Tsakhaev out of the car, and since he continued to resist, they also dragged major general on the asphalt.

However, efforts of security forces proved to be in vain, as soon Tsakhaev had to be released without any charges.
Similar incident occurred a few months ago in Melitopol, temporarily occupied by Russia, but in that situation there were more Chechens, so it was Russian security forces turn to endure humiliation.
