Last suspect wanted in teen murders found in Warren County

WARREN COUNTY, Mo. – Police have located the last suspect wanted for the murders of two teenagers and have taken him into custody as of Thursday morning.

20-year-old Trevor Daley of St. Louis is one of four individuals who have been charged with second-degree murder. There has been an ongoing, at-large search for Daley since April 4.

According to police, he was taken into custody in Warren County.

On Feb. 5, Daley, along with Bryce Mers, 18, Tyler Coleman, 19, and Zachary Hough, 18, were talking to the two victims about a marijuana cartridge sale, according to the probable cause statement.

15-year-old Colin Courtwright, entered Daley’s car, asking to see the cartridge. At some point during the deal, Courtwright and 16-year-old Tyree Williams were shot and killed. Mers was also shot and wounded.

Each defendant is facing multiple charges.

Daley is charged with two counts of second-degree murder, first-degree assault, three counts of armed criminal action, and delivery of 35 grams or less of marijuana to a person less than 17 years old. He is being held on a $500,000 cash-only bond, according to police.

Mers is charged with two counts of second-degree murder, first-degree attempted robbery, and three counts of armed criminal action.

Coleman and Hough are charged with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action, and delivery of 35 grams or less of marijuana.

The hearing for Mers is scheduled for May 22. Hearings for Coleman and Hugh are set for June 6. Daley’s hearing has not yet been scheduled.
